Return/Exchange Request:
- At fashion Track we have no Return policy. We only exchange the product we don’t take Returns.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. If 7days have gone by we can’t offer you a exchange.
Approval and Conditions:
- All Exchange requests are subject to approval.
- Goods must be returned in their original condition and undamaged.

- A charge of Rs 60 to 100 according to the delivery pincode will be deducted against Exchange shipments.
- For new orders of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a gift voucher.
- Exchange of product is subjected to availability of size
- Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Damaged Return
To be Eligible for exchange:
1. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Must be returned to us within 7 days from the date on which the product is delivered.
3. Unpacking video must be taken to avail exchange/refund of the product.
